Wavves: A Bit of a Brat

So here's some photos I took for my review of the Wavves/Ganglians/ Bitters show last night.

I already got some backlash for 'dissing' the Bitters. DONT GET ME WRONG: I dig the Bitters. Doesn't mean the chick doesn't look a bit choreographed...

Zach Hill is a fucking INSANE drummer. Seriously, that guy is so great, its nuts. Nathan Williams, apart from looking like a ponce, sounded good and bless his little heart for trying to rock that haircut. Ganglians were a ton of fun and i really like that band after last night. Even though I thought their name was "Ganglions" at first...

12 Hour Road Trip To Detroit: Teenanger/ Gardens

Fuck traffic, it took us like 7 hours to get to Detroit. But it was worth it. We spent a little over 12 hours in the city and never made it to the 3 am Taco Wagon, but we DID get 5 kinds of chips ( 2 Flamin' Hot varieties) and a 30 case of PBR for 20 bucks. Thanx to Teenanger for bringing me along, and big thanx to Gardens for letting us crash on their floor...
