JEREMY JANSEN, one of Toronto's greatest photographers, had a one day only showing of some of his recent work. Teenanger played in the 40 degree afternoon heat in the alleyway behind the show. It was fun!!

Later on that day, after Jeremy's blast, was the prolific Dirt Picnic at the Royal Legion Hall ( best patio in the city-lakefront!) wherein Ell V Gore, No No Zero, Teennanger, Holy Cobra's and Anagram ( plus one other band I didn't really like) pummeled the place. It was the LP release party for Holy Cobra's latest jam "Forever" ( which has one of the League's photos in it!). It was basically a really awesome night all around.

TEENANGER/ANCESTORS/NO NO ZERO/ANAGRAM
4 set ups, 2 songs each, then it switched to the next band. It was hotter than the hobbs of hell. Every band sounded incredible, everybody was spinning in circles.

This was the most exciting idea for a show since Extermination started. I haven't had that much fun IN SO LONG.

And good on Matt Mason for picking Ann by the Stooges as the final 4 band play along jam. Someone had better have recorded this show!

Seriously guys!!! Fuck yes!!!
